We are currently seeking a qualified and proactive Human Capital Specialist to join our healthcare team at Life Medical Clinic Bon Pasteur.
The successful candidate will support the effective delivery of Human Capital operations within a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring compliant HC practices, workforce stability, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including validation of attendance, overtime, leave, and benefits data.
- Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records.
- Lead workforce management initiatives in collaboration with department heads to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor workforce metrics (headcount, absenteeism, overtime, turnover) to support planning and cost control.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for operational and clinical roles.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HC-related queries and employee relations matters.
- Support Trade Union engagement and agreement implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare HC reports and demonstrate strong understanding of HC data structures, workflows, and system integrations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HC Generalist role within an operational environment.
- Experience in healthcare or unionised environments is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of payroll practices, labour laws, and HC operations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
