ER Nurse

We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate ER Nurse to join our healthcare team at Life Medical Clinics Forbach and Tamarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage emergency patients with efficiency and compassion.
- Perform diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and ensure patient stability.
- Coordinate with specialists and facilitate patient transfers when required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and handle discharge procedures.
- Oversee the ER team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper stock management of essential medications.
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, empathy, and ethical practice.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Nursing Council of Mauritius.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general nursing post registration with the Nursing Council.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365).
- Flexibility to work odd hours and on any day of the week.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
